 How much does Invisalign cost?   The cost of Invisalign depends on the length of treatment that you choose.   The more time Dr. Watson spends on your case, the more Invisalign is going to cost.   Our prices start at $3000 for Invisalign Express.   If you had braces before, but didn't wear your retainer and your teeth shifted, then this treatment option will probably get your teeth straight again. 

Are there any hidden fees with Invisalign?  We try to be as upfront as possible when describing your treatment.   There are some things, however, that we can't controlled like lost aligners and failure to wear the aligners for enough hours during the day.   Replacing aligners and having to start over with your treatment is going to cost more.  We highly recommend wearing your aligners for 22 hours/ day.  You should only remove them to eat, then brush and floss before you reinsert the aligners.

For how long do I have to wear retainers afterwards?   You need to wear your retainers at night for as long as you want straight teeth!   Half of the cases that I see result from the patient not wearing their retainers after braces when they were teens.   Your body changes as you age.   Your ears grow, your nose lengthens, and your teeth move.  It doesn't matter if you've had orthodontic treatment or not.   Your teeth will move with time.   If you want straight teeth forever, then you must retain forever. 

The neat thing about Invisalign is that your prescription is kept in Invisalign's computer database, so that if you lose a retainer five years down the road, it is easy for us to call Invisalign and have them make you a new retainer.   You can't do that with regular braces!
